We reserve dedicated time in our daily schedule specifically for emergency cases to ensure that no one in our community has to suffer in silence
Zero Appointment Fees: You do not need to pay for the emergency consultation or the assessment appointment itself—this is fully covered by your membership.
Same-Day Priority: We offer priority booking for our members and can usually see you on the same day.
How to Book: Please telephone the practice as early as possible. We recommend calling at 08:30 am to ensure we can fit you into our dedicated emergency slots.
The Emergency Fee: There is a £45.00 non-refundable charge for the emergency consultation. Please note that this fee covers the assessment only; any clinical treatment required (such as a filling, extraction, or dressing) will be charged at our standard private rates.
Securing Your Slot: To ensure we can manage our diary effectively, we require the £45.00 payment in advance to secure your booking. This can be paid via telephone or at our reception desk.

For patients who are not registered with us but are fully exempt from NHS charges, we occasionally have limited, one-off NHS emergency appointments available.
First-Come, First-Served: These slots are highly limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis each morning. We are unable to pre-book these for future dates.
Exemption Proof: You will be required to provide valid proof of your NHS exemption at the time of your appointment.
