Plan emergency:
If you are a member of either one of our Practice Plans, you do not need to pay for any emergency appointments or consultation appointments. You will get priority appointments and usually these are the same day, just telephone the practice as soon as possible and we will get you booked in.
Private emergency
If you are not a registered patient at the practice, we do still offer emergency appointments. These are on a private basis and consist of a £45.00 non-refundable charge for the appointment, this charge does not cover any treatment costs so any further treatment you may have at this appointment will be charged as normal. We do require payment before we are able to secure the booking, this can be made over the phone or in practice prior to the appointment.
NHS emergency
If you are not registered with us and you are fully exempt from NHS charges, we sometimes have limited one-off NHS emergency appointments. Our availability for these appointments is on a first come, first serve basis and we are unable to book any appointments in advance for other days. We recommend calling us when we open at 08.30am.
